Course Objective: Mediators will learn about the concept of emotional intelligence and apply it to the mediation process. Participants will take the EQi2.0 assessment and learn how to apply their self-awareness to their role as a mediator.

Course Objective: This course provides Human Resources professionals with knowledge about the concept of Emotional Intelligence and ways to leverage it to resolve workplace disputes. In addition, course participants will take the EQi2.0 assessment to gain self-awarness about their own level of emotional intelligence.
