The Aenzi LLC resume coaching service does
NOT write resumes for clients. Instead, we
provide coaching services to EMPOWER clients to write their own resumes. During
the coaching session,
the coach will provide you with specific information on the strengths and
weaknesses of your resume. Clients are allowed to ask questions about their
resumes. This service includes a detailed written review of your resume and a 25
minute resume coaching session via telephone. You will also receive an analysis
about the content of your resume based on the following:

Organization:
Does your resume have a
logical flow of career
events that are engaging to
a recruiter?

Grammar/Wording:
Does your resume apply
accurate grammar usage? Is
there a concise presentation
of information?

Length:
Does the length of your
resume coincide with what is
expected based on years of
experience?

Does the resume style
(chronological, functional,
or combination) you use fit
the industry and career
needs?

The Process for
the resume coaching service
is as follows:

resume to
resume@aenzi.com

Sign-up for the service
below.

Client check email within
24 hours and returns the
attached resume services
form.

Once Aenzi LLC receives
the client's signed resume
services form, the coach
sends a detailed written
analysis of the résumé's
organization, grammar,
length, and style via
email (The career coach
does NOT rewrite
resume).

Client pays
$69.99
for service.

Client has 25 a minute
session with career
coach to discuss
strengths and weaknesses
of resume via telephone.
