- Course Pre-Work:Prior to the start of the course, participants will take the CPI 260® assessment and another self-assessment to learn more about their own leadership style approach. Learners will receive a link to the assessment prior to the dtart of the course.

Course Examination: Participants must pass exam with a score of 80%.
