Forming Phase:
Getting the right work environment temperament and communication styles together is pivotal for producing quality and timely results. Aenzi LLC helps organizations to create a profile of the ideal set of high performing team members to maximize results. We help the team to create a charter that defines the team's purpose, roles, expectations, milestones, key performance indicators and outcomes. We also use a Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Keirsey Temperament Sorter as tools to help team members learn more about each other.
Storming Phase:
Once a team starts interacting with each other, they encounter a storming phase. Managed appropriately, the storming phases can serve as a catalyst for future high performance. It is at this critical juncture where team members begin to express how they really think and feel towards each other and the project. Aenzi LLC employs a series of interventions (e.g., Thomas Kilmann Conflict Model, EQi2.0, Myers Briggs Five Dysfunctions of a Team, etc) to help teams through this stage. Also, we provide mediation services to team members in conflict and team 360 feedback. On the other side of the storming phase is a team that truly trust each other.
Norming Phase:
During this phase, Aenzi supports teams' efforts to achieve high performance by facilitating a team charter revisit session so that the team can determine can reconfirm their commitment to the team charter and make any necessary changes.
Performing Phase:
Aenzi LLC supports team during this phase by providing team coaching sessions to support the team in identifying barriers and action steps to overcome them.
Adjourning Phase:
Aenzi provides meeting facilitation services that supports the team in identifying their accomplishments and areas for improvement.
