  •  Administrative and Staff Positions: The fee for administrative positions (e.g., office assistants, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, nurses, paralegals, etc.) is 25% of the starting salary.

  • Blue Collar Positions: The fee for blue collar positions (e.g. clerks, assembly line workers, etc.) is 20% of the starting salary.
     

• Ask an HR Rep: The service provides assistance to small business owners seeking help with managing an HR or employee related issue.

  • Telephone: The small business owner or manager contacts Aenzi via a toll-free number. The cost is only $150 per 1 hour session.
     

• New Hire Orientation:  This service is 2 hours and available via telephone or live. An Aenzi representative will review your organization's policies and procedures. Then, conduct a new employee orientation. The fee for this service is as follows:

  • Telephone: The service is available via telephone. The new hire receives a toll-free number to call. A US based HR Rep will conduct the session. The price of this service is $160 per new employee

  • Live on your Organization's Premises: $250 per new employee.

• Employee Exit Interviews: Are you looking for a cost-effective way to outsource your company's exit interviews? We can help. An expert will conduct the exit interviews with employees transitioning from your company. We even offer a report at the end of each session which summaries the  causes of employees exiting the company. This service provides companies with the opportunity to capture valuable feedback from workers about their reasons for leaving.

  • Telephone: The employee receives a toll-free number to dial and will speak live to an HR professional. This services is $85 per exit interview.

  • Web: The employee receives a link to a website survey used to collect data regarding the person's reason for leaving. This web based exit interview service is only $45 per employee.
